These little cake bites are a perfect and classy way to serve dessert at large or small gatherings. French madeleines are made with a dense buttery cake batter dipped in a sugar glaze. Available in boxes of 2-dozen.

Citrus Orange Blossom - citrus butter cake, then dipped in an orange blossom glaze, topped with chamomile buds.

Strawberry Rhubarb - vanilla butter cake, tart strawberry rhubarb glaze, topped with freeze dried strawberry crumbles.

Madeleines are a delicate little treat that is best enjoyed the day they are baked/picked-up. 

Care Instructions

All cakes are made with a high butter content swiss meringue buttercream. Cakes are best enjoyed at room temperature. Cakes should be stored in the fridge overnight. Allow cakes to temper at room temperature for 2-4 hours before enjoying if refrigerated. Cakes will last for 3-4 days after pickup if refrigerated. Be sure to transport your cake on a flat surface in an air conditioned vehicle. Cakes should not sit in direct sunlight at any point.

Cakes with fresh flowers should be collected the day of your event, and no earlier. Fresh flowers last up to 12 hours on cake being out of water.

Dessert bar items should also be collected the day of your event for the freshest experience.

Sizing and Serving

Serving amounts are approximates based off of grid cutting your cake into 1.5" x 2" rectangular pieces.

"Short" cakes are approximately 5" tall.

"Tall" cakes are approximately 8" tall.

We do not allow pick-up for cakes larger than 2-tiers.
